To Receive Your Quote Faster
- Provide a legible working drawing with:
- a part number and/or drawing number with revision level
(specify dash numbers if using a tabulation chart)
- adequate dimensions to define the geometry of the end-product
- tolerances for all dimensions
- material specifications (material, grade, temper, manufacture type, etc.)
- finishing specifications (cleaning, plating, anodizing, coating, etc.)
- welding specifications (weld method/ type/ strength, hermetic seal, etc.)
- Any exceptions, additions, and/or exclusions from the drawing must be clearly stated in a cover letter,
written directly on the drawing itself, or input as instructions on this form.
- Provide a copy of any internal customer specifications referenced on the drawing.
- Provide a copy of any "uncommon" commercial specifications (ASTM, AMS, MIL, etc.) referenced on the drawing.
- Assemblies must include working drawings for all components and sub-assemblies.
