We are ISO 9001:2000 certified and are on track for Six Sigma TQM certification.Company History MicroGroup, Inc. was founded in 1971 as a micro-welding job shop and has grown into the recognized leader in high technology tube production, fittings, valves, unique tools, and precision manufacturing services. In 1996, the company's quality systems earned the Certificate of Registration for ISO 9002 Compliance. In 1999, MicroGroup became FDA registered (#1226212) and in April 2003 became registered to ISO 9001:2000. MicroGroup currently maintains an 80,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Medway, MA. Markets served include medical, aerospace, commercial, laboratory, and a variety of industrial applications. Products & Services MicroGroup stocks over 7 million feet of standard and special size tubing & bar. Our inhouse drawing capabilities enable turnaround times significantly shorter than industry standards. The company produces custom tubing to particular specifications in a variety of alloys & plastic materials. In-house production of ModuLuer® tube fittings & miniature valves allows maximum flexibility in achieving virtually any configuration. Also a full range of dispensing products & labware is offered including syringes, bottles, pumps, tips, needles, and accessories. A collection of unique equipment & tools for cutting, bending, and metal finishing are among other products offered by MicroGroup. |
