Typical Bulge - Beading, Bulging, Roll Forming

Example of a typical bulge.
Beading and bulging employs many of the same principles as flaring. Roll forming is used to produce internal beading features and even threads. End forming processes are ideal for hose barbs, stops, orientation and registration applications. MicroGroup produce traditional circular features, as well as asymmetric features using hydraulic forming methods.
